The meeting was attended by representatives of the Khanbogd Soum Administration, herders, and Oyu Tolgoi LLC, along with specialists from Oyu Tolgoi\u2019s Environmental Department, representatives of the QMC Research Organization, Munkh Nogoon Galba NGO, and the Khanbogd Soum Elders\u2019 Association.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Council discussed the agenda items in detail and made the following decisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reviewed the draft agenda and preliminary participant list for the upcoming consultation meeting on the structure, organization, and operation of the Oyu Tolgoi Tailings Storage Facility, and exchanged views among the parties.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supported the revision and update of the Feasibility Study for the Herders\u2019 Market Project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Received a briefing from experts regarding the Oyu Tolgoi underground mine subsidence zone and its potential impacts &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Heard a presentation from Munkh Nogoon Galba NGO on its activities and the progress of the Participatory Environmental Monitoring Program. &nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Appointed new members to the working group responsible for developing operational guidelines for the \u201cUndai River Cultural Heritage\u201d project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Established a new working group to prepare for the upcoming general meeting on water management issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreed to conduct a site visit to assess the current condition of the Manlai\u2013Oyu Tolgoi improved dirt road and to develop a maintenance plan for the road.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decided that Oyu Tolgoi LLC will provide a 50% tuition scholarship for the 2023\u20132024 and 2024\u20132025 academic years to eligible students from herder households in Khanbogd Soum who are enrolled in accredited domestic universities at the bachelor\u2019s level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Khanbogd Soum's Tripartite Council<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u0425\u0430\u043d\u0431\u043e\u0433\u0434 \u0441\u0443\u043c &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
