The meeting was attended by representatives of the Khanbogd Soum Administration, herders, and Oyu Tolgoi LLC, as well as representatives from SICA Research Organization and the \u201cMunkh Nogoon Galba\u201d NGO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Council discussed the agenda items in detail and made the following decisions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;
