Each Party Shall:
- Work together respectfully and collaboratively on an equal basis.
- Approve and adhere to the Council’s Rules of Procedure.
- Report to the Council on the implementation of their respective commitments
- Implement the valid decisions made by the Council.
- Appoint and delegate their official representatives to the Council.
- Fulfill their duties ethically and remain free from political influence.
Khanbogd Soum Administration
- Disseminate information related to the Council’s activities to the staff of the Soum Governor’s Office.
- Share information and updates with the Citizens’ Representative Khural and the soum residents.
Herders' Representatives
- Share information related to the Council’s activities with the herder community.
- Consolidate herders’ opinions and initiatives and submit them to the Council for discussion.
Oyu Tolgoi“ LLC Representatives
- Provide information related to the Council’s activities to the company’s management, relevant departments, units, and employees.
- Cover the Council’s operational expenses as stated in the Rules of Procedure.
