Ханбогд сум 2023 оны арваннэгдүгээр сарын 29
The Tripartite Council of Khanbogd Soum (TPC) held its regular meeting on November 29, 2023, at the Citizens’ Hall of Khanbogd Soum. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Khanbogd Soum Administration, herders, and Oyu Tolgoi LLC.
The Council discussed the agenda items in detail and made the following decisions.
• Reviewed the implementation status of the 35 activities included in the TPC 2023 Annual Plan, assessing progress activity by activity. The Council agreed to present a detailed report to local citizens and to include activities requiring continuation in the 2024 Annual Plan.
Of the 35 activities:
- 13 were fully implemented.
- 17 are in progress; and
- 5 were not implemented.
• Discussed and drafted the 2024 Annual Plan, which will include 25 activities related to the HCRA #1 and #2, and 5 additional actions, totaling 30 activities to be implemented in 2024.
• Discussed and supported amendments to the Rules of the Tripartite Council.
