The TPC held its regular meeting on December 25, 2022, in an in-person format. The meeting was attended by representatives of the Khanbogd Soum Administration, herders, and Oyu Tolgoi LLC.
The Council discussed the agenda items in detail and made the following decisions.
- Reviewed the implementation of the 36 activities outlined in the TPC 2022 Annual Plan, assessing progress against each planned activity. The Council agreed to present a detailed report to local citizens and to include activities requiring continuation in the 2023 Annual Plan.
- Discussed and approved the draft 2023 Annual Work Plan, which includes 24 activities related to the HCRA #1 and #2, and 11 additional activities, totaling 35 actions to be implemented in 2023.
